Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on any product that is in new condition with all packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or handling. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. In most cases, a full store credit can be offered to avoid the restocking fee, which must be asked for and used within 30 days of RMA request date.
